Residents of Akyemansa district in the Eastern region have benefitted from a 3 units classroom block, a doctor’s residence and a CHPS compound to improve their healthcare of the area.
The health project was supported by Grant Assistance for Grassroots Human Security Project, group of company in Japan.
The infrastructural projects under the Nana Addo Dankwah administration was situated in Bosovilla, Akokoaso and Ofoase respectively.
The district chief executive, Hon Paul Asamoah at the commissioning of the projects lauded his able member of Parliament who doubles as the information minister Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah for his massive work done in his constituency and Ghana as a whole.
He also showered a thankful message to the Japanese company for their support in terms of their healthcare.
He again disclosed that, under the year of roads, their major road stretched from Ofoase to Ada and its inner city link roads will soon commerce which is the objective of his government to complete most roads in the country.
He rest assurred the residence with the support of the Ghana Cocoa bod the roads contracts will be awarded for work to commerce to develop the district.
